Yes, we are fully equipped to travel internationally to any location worldwide. For destinations such as the Bahamas, specific permits are required to ensure compliance with local regulations. These typically include both a Drone Permit and a Film Permit.

Drone Permit

To operate drones legally in the Bahamas, we must obtain a permit from the Civil Aviation Authority of the Bahamas (CAAB). We handle this process on behalf of our clients and submit the following:

• A detailed flight plan (date, time, altitude)
• FAA Part 107 license
• Proof of liability insurance
• Drone registration

Approval generally takes 5 business days and costs $80 per drone, per flight day, which is included as part of the client’s travel-related expenses.

Film Permit

A Film Permit is required by the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism to bring film equipment into the country and to conduct any type of filming. The permit application includes:

• A letter of intent
• A full list of equipment with declared values
• Proof of travel and liability insurance
